NHS Improvement is the operational name for the organisation that brings together Monitor, NHS Trust Development Authority, Patient Safety, the National Reporting and Learning System, the Advancing Change team and the Intensive Support Teams.

The purpose of the HR Advisor role is to provide project, service and administrative support to the HR team in the delivery of operational and HR services. This role provides frontline assistance, support and advice to line managers and, where appropriate, staff.

This will include meeting organisation, logistics and project co-ordination, correspondence management, diary management and file/document management.
