NHS Improvement is the operational name for the organisation that brings together Monitor, NHS Trust Development Authority, Patient Safety, the National Reporting and Learning System, the Advancing Change team and the Intensive Support Teams.
An opportunity has arisen to join the national Patient Safety team at NHS Improvement as a full time team co-ordinator. The team co-ordinator provides administrative support to a busy and geographically-dispersed team. In addition to general administrative tasks, in this role you will also play a key role in co-ordinating events and meetings as well as logging and responding to routine enquiries, referencing a FAQ guide and working with the business manager and others to resolve more complex queries.
